Forum Rules of Conduct Last Updated v1.2 - 19/01/07
The following rules are made to ensure the thecwalk.com forums are a safe and respectable place for users to visit, contribute to, and enjoy.
1. behavioral
1.1/ Racial/ethnical/sexual/religious slurs will not be tolerated, intentional or otherwise.
1.2/ Impersonation, defamation, threats and continuous rude remarks will not be tolerated.
1.3/ Trolls are not tolerated. A troll is someone who creates troll posts/threads and/or continuously argues with other members for the sake of making them angry.
1.4/ Personal attacks and insults (flaming) on other members will be monitored, and if found to be of any quality other than in mutual fun, will be deleted and/or person/s warned/punished.
1.5/ Multiple user names/accounts are unacceptable. If a member is found to be using multiple user names/accounts, all user names/accounts will be deleted except the first.
1.6/ Special Access members are encouraged not to join other c-walking sites. If caught helping to advertise another c-walk site he/she can lose his/her SA at staff's discretion.
1.7/ Repetitive attempts to bypass the rules on minor technicalities is prohibited.
1.8/ No hookups will be allowed outside of the Special Access hook-ups section.
2. Posting
2.1/ Multiple posts on the same topic will be deleted.
2.2/ Topics/posts may be moved or deleted at the staff/administrator's discretion.
2.3/ The posting of pornographic content is prohibited for all sections of the forum, excluding the board section "General Section > Sexy Girlz Resident" (SA section only).
2.4/ All topics posted with content that is deemed not to be business/work safe, must contain the acronym "NWS" (Not Work Safe) in the topic line. Examples of such content are graphic violence, pornography, and excessive profanity.
2.5/ Advertisements of any kind (including user name, user info, signature) are prohibited, unless they have been authorized by forum Administrators only.
2.6/ Posting to advertise only is unacceptable and the posts will be deleted.
2.7/ Spamming, chain letters and/or any other form of unauthorized solicitation is strictly prohibited.
2.8/ Infringement on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right is strictly prohibited.
2.9.1/ User signatures must not distract from the surrounding forum (eg. Large and or Flashing animations, Large chunks of text)
2.9.2/ User signature height must not exceed a maximum of three average sized banners (500 pixels),
2.9.3/ User signature area must not be distracting, example must not contain characters larger than size 4.
Size 4 (max) ok, Size 5 too big, Size 6 too big,
2.9.4/ This is an English based forum, please refrain from speaking another language. Only exception is 'C-Walk Around The World' Section.
3. Special Access
3.1/ What happens in SA, stays in SA. Loyalty to the community is fundamental.
3.2/ The leeching of SA battles/videos/content to Non-SA/Public is prohibited. (An SA member can show their own video's to other people.)
3.3/ The sharing of information that is confined to the SA community is prohibited.
3.4/ SA battle threads, must only be created once both/all parties involved have their videos ready. Nobody wants to see an empty thread spammed with anticipation, only to then have one of the party/s pull out and no battle.
Three-Strike System
The above rules are subject to change at any time, without prior warning.
If any members are found ignoring the above rules, intentionally or otherwise, they will be put on a Three-Strike probationary period.
- First Strike – You will be issued a private warning through personal message.
- Second Strike – Your posting privileges will be disabled and/or public warning. (1)
- Third Strike – You are out = BANNED from forum usage. (2)
(1) The duration of a ban or disabled posting privilege is set at administrators discretion, depending offense and prior warnings.
(2) Any attempts on returning to the forum while banned will increase the ban duration indefinitely..
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.
